The drama begun hours before a ball was bounced at People’s First Stadium on Sunday night.

Stadium staff then worked to deliberately and safely push the window out and drop it down.
It took four people to displace the 200kg sheet of glass from its position and get it to the lower tier.
Someone filming from on the ground captured the moment the entire window screen came down from the elevated box and crashed into the grandstand.
The laminated glass was removed well before any fans were in the vicinity.
Given it happened so close to the start of the game, Suns coach Damien Hardwick was forced to coach with an open window.
